A gas meter is needed to provide your home or office with an economical supply of energy for hot water, heating and cooking. This involves carrying out a pressure test and using a specialised bubble detector and other equipment to gauge whether there are any inconsistencies with the flow to and from your gas meter. Ensure that you aren't paying for more than you use.
